Cyclofertilography is the method developed and protected by VivoSensMedical for the objective assessment of female cycle health and fertility. It is based on continuous measurement of core body temperature using a vaginal biosensor (OvulaRing) and digital analysis of the data with medical algorithms.

What Is Cyclofertilography?

In cyclofertilography, a woman’s core body temperature is recorded continuously throughout the entire cycle – day and night, over many cycles. The data are transmitted and analyzed automatically. The result is a cyclofertilogram (CFG) and a CFG score that represent, among others, the following parameters:

This enables cyclofertilography to provide objective, data-based cycle and fertility diagnostics that go far beyond classical basal temperature or single-point measurements.

Medical Concept

Cyclofertilography combines continuous temperature measurements with intelligent pattern recognition:

This allows cycle phases and ovulation to be determined precisely, luteal phases to be assessed, and hormonal irregularities such as luteal phase insufficiency or PCOS to be identified more accurately – including in the context of fertility and hormone therapies.

Benefits for Healthcare Professionals

For gynecologists, endocrinologists, fertility centers and other medical professionals, cyclofertilography offers clear added value:

Cyclofertilography thus closes an important gap between classical cycle observation and complex hormonal or imaging diagnostics.

Benefits for Partners & Investors

Cyclofertilography is more than a method – it is the basis for scalable, digital business models in the field of femtech and precision medicine:

Together with strong partners, new care models, reimbursement pathways and digital services for patients can be developed on the basis of cyclofertilography.
