1. Internet site

When accessing pages, images and other files from our internet presence, data from this procedure is saved in protocol files. Also contained is technical information that your browser sends with every request to a web server (e.g. the so-called user agent header or your IP address). The data saved is used solely for statistical purposes and for the continuous improvement of our internet offer. Evaluation with reference to a specific person and forwarding to third parties do not occur.

Web tracking enables a profile of your user behavior to be created. This means that all of your interactions with the website are recorded and saved under a pseudonym and can also be evaluated, including beyond the current session. However, we do not link this information to your name and will also not otherwise identify you.

To generate statistics, when concluding a contact request or a purchase individual files may be accessed by third-party servers (“tracking bugs”). In this, the technical information sent as standard from your browser is transmitted to operators of advertising networks for the purpose of compiling statistics. An evaluation with personal reference does not occur in the statistical evaluation.

The data that you may have submitted in our contact forms is used exclusively to initiate contact with you and to process your request. The contact requests are recorded electronically on our server and forwarded to the responsible staff members at our company.

Cookies

We save cookies on your hard drive. These contain a unique number, which has no significance outside of our website. The cookies are deleted automatically at the end of your visit. They are required for technical reasons and contain no information that can identify you. You have the right and the means to set up your browser in a way that rejects our cookies. However, in this case the scope of function of our internet offer may be limited.

2. Newsletter

The data that you submit with a newsletter subscription serves the technical processing of the service and is not forwarded to third parties. Following subscription you receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. Only after you have clicked this link will you receive our newsletter. Information regarding subsequent unsubscription can be found in the footer of each newsletter.

Depending on which third-party website you access our website from, when concluding a purchase in our online shop data may be communicated to affiliate partners or similar third parties for the tracking of the purchase and for statistical purposes. This concerns browser information, including your IP address and possibly a unique number for the purchasing process. Further personal data is not forwarded.

3. Surveys

Online surveys are evaluated exclusively in anonymised form. If you wish to participate in a prize competition in the scope of a survey, we shall also require your contact details in order to identify and notify the winners. In addition to the processing of the competition, this data will also be used to send information regarding our products. As we strive to continuously develop our products further, we may also send you offers for product tests or for further surveys regarding our products. Naturally, you may revoke the consent to use your contact details for the sending of information, offers and surveys at any time for the future.

5. Legal basis for processing and duration of saving

Our legitimate interest as per art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in data processing lies in the traceability of use and the improvement of the offer.

6. Right to information, correction, blocking and deletion of your data

You have the right to revoke your granted consent to the processing of the data at any time, with effect for the future.

You have the right to complain about the data processing to the data protection supervisory authority.

Compulsory fields, for example in web forms, are indicated accordingly. Otherwise, details are voluntary.

Moreover, as a person affected you are entitled to the following rights, to the extent that the statutory prerequisites for these are fulfilled:
